Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their unique business challenges and gather necessary requirements.
• Design and recommend customized solutions that effectively address client needs while showcasing the value of our offerings.
• Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful implementation of projects.
• Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients, empowering them to fully leverage our solutions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and technological advancements to provide strategic insights to clients.
• Document client experiences and feedback to foster continuous improvement in our services.

• Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a relevant technology role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of technology solutions is beneficial, along with a willingness to learn new tools.
