SEK Construction is a steel construction company specializing in structural steel erection, metal decking, welding, and related construction services for commercial and institutional projects such as schools, churches, and government facilities. What You'll Do as an Iron Worker

• Assemble structural steel components and metal decking for commercial and institutional construction projects.
• Work collaboratively to install steel members, decking systems, and related materials according to project specifications and safety standards, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time.
• Bolt, bridge, and weld structural steel components to help create safe, durable building frameworks.
• Operate boom lifts, forklifts, and other equipment used to complete steel erection work.
• Load, unload, and Transport materials, tools, and equipment to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Drive company vehicles and help transport crew members to and from job sites when needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Participate in company-provided training programs and continually develop your skills in steel construction, welding, safety, and equipment operation.

• Physically Capable: Able to perform demanding construction work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in varying conditions.
• Values-Driven: Brings honesty, integrity, and a desire to be part of a faith-based company that values people, teamwork, and personal growth.

• Pay: $24-$30/hour, based on experience

• Per diem & out-of-town premium pay of $7.00 additional per hour for the hours worked on-site the day you are staying out of town. The company covers overnight lodging cost.
