Iron Worker - TEMECULA, CA

We are an established and respected Structural Steel Company seeking an entry level Iron worker for a full-time position at our Temecula location and in the field. We are a fast-paced company that is experiencing incredible growth and there is a rewarding career opportunity for the right ambitious person.

Role and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assist with various aspects of metal fabrication.


• Perform extensive material handling tasks.


• Safely operate hand and power tools.


• Develop proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics


• Properly use PPE and safety equipment.


• Focus on quality and productivity.


• Learn about different sheet metal fabrication processes.


• Gain practical experience in all areas of a metal shop’s operations.

Qualifications and education requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• Courses in shop classes, mechanical drawing, trigonometry, and geometry are a plus.


• Apprenticeship programs are a plus.


• Ability to perform rigorous manual labor 


• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics a plus


• Safe operation of hand and power tools


• Ability to follow instructions
