 Irrigation and Lighting Foreman / Salesman – $30-$35/hr 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead crews and oversee daily operations in the field


• Meet with clients, assess project needs, and provide estimates, solutions or recommendations


• Design, install, and service irrigation, landscape lighting systems, and Christmas lighting


• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues
  


• Ensure job site safety, quality, and efficiency


• Handle service calls and system maintenance from start to finish


• Drive project success through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality results
  

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills


• Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities


• Ability to read, interpret, and design irrigation as-built drawings


• Proficiency with irrigation tools, equipment, system components, and installation techniques (including trenching, pipe work, pumps, valves, and diagnostics)
  


• Basic computer proficiency (CAD, work order systems, and email)


• Valid driver’s license (A Class A CDL is required to reach the top end of the pay scale)


• Ability to get Certified Irrigation Contractor (CIC) credential 
  


• Ability to operate a lift 


• At least two years of irrigation experience

All positions: This role involves driving company vehicles and requires eligibility under our commercial auto insurance policy. Severe, recent, or frequent driving violations may affect qualification.

• The job is full-time and year-round


• In the busy season we do require Saturdays and long days.
