As a Conserva Irrigation Service Technician you are a self-starter who has been in the industry and has already developed a professional approach to irrigation. You will be responsible for repairs and meeting with clients. Troubleshooting, Head to Head coverage, installing smart controllers and flow sensors. Commercial experience with Decoder systems is a plus.

TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

Work independently with Clients.

Using our software to perform 50-point inspections of irrigation system.

Installing spray/rotor/drip zones, smart controllers, flow sensors, valves, rotors, etc

Time management and expectation management

Commercial, residential, decoders, Baseline, Hydrawise, Centralus, Rainbird, and stock management.

LEARNING ON THE JOB

Work independently, yet be part of a team.

Assess residential irrigation systems through our proven SES® sales process

Assess commercial irrigation systems through our proven CSA® sales process

Advance to a Sr. technician role where you can finally put away your shovel for good

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of irrigation industry experience

Clean driving record

Motivation to earn production bonuses

Ability to work regular physical labor

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Conserva Irrigation is constantly looking to add the best irrigation and sprinkler repair professionals to our team. We have open job positions all over the country for irrigation sales, field technicians, as well as office and administrative team members.
