If you love working outside this role will involve irrigation installation, service/repair and excellent customer service skills.

What we look for in a RYAN Irrigation Service Route Manager:

• Enjoy troubleshooting and solving problems
• Enjoys working with systems
• Building customer relationships

Irrigation, landscape, plumbing or related fields is a plus, as is industry experience. However, if you have a willingness to learn, both on the job and at home, we have a training program in place that will help you acquire the skills needed to succeed in this industry.

What does a RYAN Irrigation Specialist?

• Assist in completing irrigation installation or service/ repair on client properties
• Must be able to work well in a team environment as well as efficiently on your own
• Provide excellent account management and customer service
• Possess knowledge of irrigation practices as well as all other RYAN services

Requirements

• 2+ years of irrigation install or service and repair experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull objects while walking at least 3 miles per day 
• Outstanding customer service abilities
• Collaborative mindset
• Adaptability to work in diverse weather conditions
• Valid Driver’s License
