We are a rapidly growing local Landscape company and we are looking to hire both experienced and non-experienced landscapers. As a landscape technician, you must be able to perform a variety of landscape maintenance functions related, but not limited to; mowing, pruning, mulching, trimming, edging and planting. Staying on your feet most of the day will not be a problem for you.

As we mentioned, we provide an environment that emulates a family atmosphere and we want to set you up for success on day one. We do in house training on all equipment, give you tips on how to work smarter & not harder, and principles that can be applied in all walks of life. We thrive on transparency, communication, and expectations - our expectation is that you have dependable transportation to and from work each morning and have an open mind that allows us to coach you. We will train anyone who is willing to learn - no experience necessary!

Requirements:

• Good attitude, willing to be coached, and embrace our company culture


• Must have reliable transportation


• Must be able to communicate to management throughout the day


• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions for 10 hours 


• Ability to lift up to 50lbs


• Ability to walk long durations


• Must be able to take directions and perform tasks as required


• Mandatory Drug Testing- must be able to pass drug test at time of interview and randomly!

Job Type: Full-time

• Start at top pay for experienced & motivated individuals


• Valid drivers license is a critical component, but not necessary 


• Salary $12 - 18
