We’re committed to training our Level One Technicians to become Level Two Technicians, then Sales Technicians, and beyond, all while earning valuable industry certifications.

As a Level Two Technician, you’re already a pro in the industry, but we’re giving you even more opportunity to shine. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing irrigation systems, enhancing them for maximum efficiency, and installing cutting-edge smart controllers. Plus, you'll have endless chances to grow and master new skills on the job.

Level Two Technician Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair valves and manifolds.

Install and upgrade smart irrigation controllers and high-tech sensors.

Enhance and expand existing irrigation systems to optimize efficiency.

Install micro and drip irrigation systems to support water-saving initiatives.

Work closely with the Sales Technician to assess and optimize residential and commercial systems.

Learning & Growth: Work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.

Take part in our proven SES® and CSA® sales processes to assess irrigation systems.

Grow into a Sales Technician role where you can eventually leave the shovel behind for good!

What You Bring:

2+ years of documented irrigation industry experience and proficiency required

Clean driving record

Results-oriented

Motivation to earn production bonuses

Great attitude with a desire for growth

Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

Conserva Irrigation is constantly looking to add the best irrigation and sprinkler repair professionals to our team. We have open job positions all over the country for irrigation sales, field technicians, as well as office and administrative team members.
