ISR/Quoting Specialist

The Quoting Specialist is responsible for providing accurate and timely quotes to customers, as well as ensuring the customer is provided with the best possible solution that meets their needs. They will work closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams to ensure the customer’s needs are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver customer quotes in a timely manner.

• Analyze customer requirements and develop cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs.

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and new products to be able to provide the most accurate quotes.

• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track quotes and customer interactions.

• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers.

• Process customer orders and ensure accuracy.

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Troubleshoot customer issues with quotes.

• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of CRM software

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to negotiate pricing and terms

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
