Job Description - IT Admin

This is Gayatri, a senior recruiter at Experis IT Manpower Group. Our client, a leading semiconductor manufacturing industry, is seeking a printer support technician or printer maintenance technician to join their team. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure in electromechanical troubleshooting or maintenance .

Job Title: Printer Maintenance Technician / Electro mechanical Tech / Field Tech

Location: Louisiana , LA

Pay Range: $20/hr on w2

What’s the job?

RESPONSIBILITIES

Replace consumables, including customer provided paper at each printer device location

Ensure adequate consumables are available at customer sites

Clear paper jams

Assist end user with device functionality

Report customer dissatisfaction to CM

Assist with the collection of usage pages per devices, as needed

Swap out devices with spares as needed

Perform initial trouble shooting

Replace spare devices as directed

Perform maintenance on devices as directed by ADM

Perform Proactive Monitoring - Web based SW to manage fleet

Track usage/activities @ customer sites

Manage utilization of onsite spare device inventory

Coordinate with 3rd Party Suppliers to obtain status of 3rd Party equipment
