IT Administrator

Description

We’re looking for an experienced IT Administrator who runs to trouble, not from it. You’ll own and drive our IT function with confidence, tenacity, and a problem-solving mindset. You’ll thrive here if you have the grit to tackle the tough stuff, the drive to take ownership, and the initiative to continuously improve our tools and tech. 

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of IT administration or support experience 
• Strong expertise with macOS systems and JAMF device management 
• Proficient in Office 365 administration  
• An understanding of and ability to administer identity systems like Okta 
• Demonstrated ownership of IT systems or functions 
• A proactive mindset with tenacity and grit—you don’t wait to be asked 
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a bias toward action 
• Ability to support end users with clarity, patience, and urgency 
• Willing and able to be on-site at least 2x/ week. Office located in Melbourne, FL.  
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills 
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment 
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent work experience
