IT ANALYST

Position: IT Analyst

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our growing team. As an IT Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our company's technology systems. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

- Design, develop, and implement technology systems and processes to support business operations

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

- Conduct regular system updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security

- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

- Train and support employees on the use of technology systems and tools

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions to meet business needs

- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures

- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services

- Assist with the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans

- Participate in project planning and management, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of network and system administration, including experience with Windows and Linux operating systems

- Experience with virtualization, cloud computing, and network security

- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proven project management skills

- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus
