Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team. The IT Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating our company's IT systems and infrastructure to ensure they are functioning efficiently and meeting the needs of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular analysis of our company's IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to address business needs

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our company's data

- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for upgrades or enhancements

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into our company's IT systems

- Train and support employees on the proper use of our company's technology systems

- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely resolution of any technical issues

- Prepare and present reports on IT system performance and improvements to management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Analyst or similar role

- Strong knowledge of network and system administration, including Windows and Linux operating systems

- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and data management

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Knowledge of real estate industry and systems is a plus
