IT ANALYST

Position: IT Analyst

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. As an IT Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and development of our company's technology infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and improve our current IT systems and processes, ensuring their efficiency, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of our current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency, security, and reliability of our technology infrastructure

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations

- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technology to ensure our systems are up-to-date and competitive

- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations

- Train and support end-users on new systems and technologies

- Manage and maintain hardware and software inventory

- Assist with IT budget planning and procurement of new equipment and software

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and processes

- Experience with network and server administration, virtualization, and cloud computing

- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python

- Knowledge of database management and SQL

- Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong project management skills

- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are a plus
