Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst to provide technical support and expertise to our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information technology systems and be able to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues. The IT Analyst will work closely with our IT team and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our company's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner

- Perform hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance

- Collaborate with IT team to develop and implement new technology solutions

- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security

- Monitor and maintain network and server performance

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals

- Train employees on new technology systems and processes

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

- Experience with network and server administration

- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues

- Familiarity with database management and SQL

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) are a plus
