IT ANALYST

Job Title: IT Analyst

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex technical issues, developing and implementing new IT systems and processes, and providing support to our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement

- Develop and implement new IT systems and processes to increase efficiency and productivity

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems

- Provide technical support to employees and clients, including troubleshooting and training

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new systems and processes

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for their implementation

- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides

- Monitor and maintain system security, including data backups and disaster recovery plans

- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Assist with IT budget planning and procurement of hardware and software

- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Experience with SQL, database management, and reporting tools is a plus

- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) is a plus
