Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions to enhance our business operations and support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems and infrastructure, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and requirements

- Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement

- Design and implement technology solutions to address business needs and improve efficiency

- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide support to end-users

- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for enhancements or upgrades

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend new technologies and processes to improve our operations

- Train and support end-users on new systems and processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Analyst or similar role

- Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including networking, servers, and databases

- Experience with project management and implementing technology solutions

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, CCNA) are a plus
