Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team. The IT Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and improving our company's technology systems and infrastructure. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain company's technology systems and infrastructure including hardware, software, and network

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security

- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement

- Provide training and support to employees on technology systems and tools

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or related role

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices

- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, CCNA) are a plus
