Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Analyst to join our team at SIKKY MANUFACTURING. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems that support our business operations. You will work closely with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions

- Design and implement new systems and processes to support business operations

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems

- Monitor and maintain the performance of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides

- Train employees on new systems and processes

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for system enhancements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT analysis or a similar role

- Strong understanding of information systems and business processes

- Experience with system design and implementation

- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions

- Knowledge of network and server administration

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team and independently

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
