IT ANALYST

Position: IT Analyst

Job Type: (Remote)

Dayton Roger's is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, process flows, and user guides

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide timely support to end-users

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance efficiency and productivity

- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure systems and applications are functioning properly

- Provide training and support to team members and end-users on new systems and processes

- Monitor system performance and identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks

- Assist with the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and implementations

- Maintain data security and integrity by implementing and enforcing appropriate security measures

- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python

- Experience with database management and SQL

- Knowledge of system architecture and design principles

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization is a plus
