Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. The IT Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and implementing technology solutions to meet the needs of our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and analysis to identify technology solutions that meet our clients' needs

- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project plans and timelines

- Design, develop, and implement technology solutions, including software applications, databases, and systems integrations

- Test and troubleshoot technology solutions to ensure they meet quality and performance standards

- Provide support and training to end-users on new technology solutions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improving our services

- Document processes and procedures for technology solutions and maintain accurate records

- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress and challenges

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in IT analysis, design, and implementation

- Strong knowledge of software development, database design, and systems integration

- Experience with project management methodologies and tools

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience working with clients and providing support and training

- Strong time management and organizational skills
