Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst to join our team in Dayton, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems and operations, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues. The IT Analyst will work closely with our clients to understand their IT needs and provide strategic recommendations for improving their systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide strategic recommendations for improving their systems and processes

- Conduct thorough analysis of current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement

- Develop and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions for clients

- Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed recommendations for our clients

- Document and maintain accurate records of IT systems, processes, and procedures

- Train and support end-users on new systems and processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and systems

- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT analysis or a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Extensive knowledge of IT systems, operations, and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Experience with project management and implementation

- Knowledge of programming languages and database management is a plus

- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) is a plus
