IT Analyst/Programmer - Hiring Urgently

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a IT Analyst/Programmer to work in the Sandusky, OH area. This is a direct hire position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

SUMMARY: Individuals in this position assist with the information systems activities and establish standards and system requirements for the company. Assists with developing, designing, and maintaining SQL-based applications and databases to support the company’s data management needs and generating appropriate reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages the planning, evaluation, design, development and implementation of information systems and programs
• Evaluates, recommends, and assists with software solutions to integrate with existing software.
• Maintain contact with management and supervisors in both Sandusky facilities to prioritize projects and prepare progress reports regarding project development initiatives
• Engage with outside service providers, software providers, and programming consultants
• Maintain and develop Rule Sets within the Infor CPQ and Customer Portal software
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in SQL programming and database management, making recommendations for process improvements as necessary
• Assist with maintaining tape back-up control and information systems security software
• Develop user training manuals, procedures and related work instructions for developed applications and implemented integrations.
• Train users on software and hardware on-site or in classroom or recommends outside contractors to provide training.

• Experience with Infor Syteline, Factory Trak, Customer Portal, and Trumpf Manufacturing, and CPQ Software a plus
• EDUCATION:
  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field3 - 5 years of experience working as a systems developer
