IT & Specialized Assurance Consultant

Deloitte, the world’s leading professional services and accounting firm, is seeking a Junior IT & Specialized Assurance Consultant.

The position includes:

• Providing consulting services in projects related to IT risk management, internal audits, system implementation support, and data analytics.
• Conducting in depth assessments of IT processes, risks, and controls through interviews, analysis, and system testing.
• Reviewing and assessing risks within complex systems such as SAP and Oracle, in accordance with leading methodologies and frameworks, including SOX.
• Providing clients with insights and recommendations aimed at improving operational efficiency and strengthening risk management processes.
• Taking responsibility for the successful execution of multiple engagements simultaneously while working closely with management level stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
• Participating in challenging projects involving innovative solutions and emerging technologies.

* Bachelor's degree from an academic institution in in economics/business administration/accounting a must

* A master's degree from an academic institution is an advantage

* Ability to draft and write documents at a high level

* Proven analytical skills

* Full control of OFFICE applications (WORD, EXCEL, PP)

* Programming experience (Python, R) - an advantage

* Full command of the English language - reading, writing and speaking (mother tongue is an advantage)

• מתן ייעוץ בפרויקטים בתחום ניהול סיכוני IT, ביקורות פנימית, ליווי הטמעת מערכות וניתוחי נתונים עבור חברות מובילות במשק הישראלי והגלובלי.
• ביצוע הערכות מעמיקות של תהליכי IT, סיכונים ובקרה באמצעות ראיונות, ניתוחים ובדיקת מערכות.
• סקירה והערכה של סיכוני מערכות מורכבות כגון SAP ו-Oracle בהתאם לפרקטיקות המובילות כולל SOX.
• מתן תובנות והמלצות ללקוחות לצורך שיפור היעילות התפעולית וחיזוק מנגנוני ניהול הסיכונים.
• אחראיות על הובלה וביצוע מוצלח של מספר התקשרויות במקביל תוך עבודה מול דרגים ניהוליים.
• פיתוח ושימור קשרי עבודה חזקים עם לקוחות.
• השתלבות בפרויקטים מאתגרים הכוללים פתרונות חדשניים וטכנולוגיות מתקדמות.

תואר ראשון ממוסד אקדמי בכלכלה / מנהל עסקים / חשבונאות – חובה

תואר שני ממוסד אקדמי – יתרון

יכולת ניסוח וכתיבה של מסמכים ברמה גבוהה

כישורים אנליטיים מוכחים

שליטה מלאה ביישומי Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

ניסיון בתכנות (Python, R) – יתרון

שליטה מלאה בשפה האנגלית – קריאה, כתיבה ודיבור (שפת אם – יתרון)
