We’re looking for an IT Application Engineer to join us in our Tartu office and research the integration of AI-powered solutions to enhance business applications and streamline operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams to help with implementing AI features, improve user experience, use low-code automations, and ensure seamless integration of business tools.

Your new adventure:
- Research and integrate AI-powered solutions within our existing business applications, in order to automate workflows and improve user experience and efficiency
- Analyze, develop, and deliver quality solutions to meet business needs, ensuring the successful implementation of AI-driven features
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to build solutions that meet business needs and drive innovation
- Monitor and manage updates for business applications, ensuring continuous improvement and integration of new features
- Provide internal technical support within the domain, collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues
- Work across the business on projects and programs that deliver value to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Execute defined tasks and procedures across a range of technologies and applications
- Create new procedures and document solutions to ensure consistency and clarity across the business
- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, business applications, and automation technologies to leverage the latest tools for optimizing business operations
Does this sound like you?
- 3+ years of engineering experience with SaaS applications (ideally with employee lifecycle management tools)
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and related data flows
- Proficient knowledge of compliance and security requirements when working with access control policies
- Familiarity with SaaS applications, similar to Okta, Atlassian, and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with AI automation
- Familiarity with AI APIs, such as OpenAI, Google AI, or similar
- Ability to support solutions across the application lifecycle, from gathering requirements to implementation and ongoing support
- Experience working within processes to deliver defined solutions
- Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders across business functions
- Experience working as part of a team, as well as the ability to lead and manage tasks independently
