IT Applications Administrator

• Support and administer enterprise applications, including Robotic Process Automation, NiCE Workforce Management and OpenText Exstream.

• Build integrations and automate workflows using modern scripting tools like PowerShell, Ansible and JavaScript.

• Partner with business teams to understand their needs and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

• Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve systems and processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience with scripting, troubleshooting and automation.

• Experience with NiCE and OpenText is a plus.

• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
