What You Will Do: 

• Assist Process Manager and Process Owner for IT Asset Management Process


• Help maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software.


• Assist in ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements and organizational policies.


• Work with various departments to optimize the utilization of IT assets.


• Participate in regular audits of IT assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.


• Assist in preparing reports on asset status, utilization, and disposition.


• Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment.


• Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions.


• Perform other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and/or functional manager.

• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
