Job Description - IT Asset Vendor Management Analyst

Client: Utilities Company

Job: IT Asset Vendor Management Analyst- ServiceNow

Contract Term: 3-months - 9/2/2025 - 12/5/2025

Pay: $42/Hr - $44/Hr based upon experience

Work Authorization: ONLY USC or GC

Location: Tampa, FL - Hybrid - 1 day WFH (9am-6pm)

Experience:

Minimum 2 - 4 years’ experience (2 years with Bachelors degree) of related work experience in IT Asset Management
Experience working with ServiceNow as an IT Asset Management Tool
Plus, if the candidate has ITIL experience
Strong interpersonal/organizational skills: ability to meet deadlines, work in a team environment and follow written policies and procedures

Responsibilities:

Maintaining and validating hardware inventory and standards and software licensing compliance, building processes for Software Asset Management in ServiceNow, managing software audits, coordinating vendor assessments, and contract renewals.
Develops and assists in the creation of Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposal (RFPs), and Statement of Work (SOWs) under the guidelines and guidance of Corporate Purchasing and Contracts.
The position also handles the full IT Hardware / Software Asset Management portfolio, asset repository updates, and compliance.
Additional duties involve data analysis and reporting across various IT systems and evaluating emerging technologies to recommend upgrades to senior management.
