IT Associate - REMOTE

Consulting firm in the Baltimore area is hiring an IT Associate to manage SharePoint for the company and support Help Desk. Responsibilities include:

- Providing technology support remotely and in person (when required)

- Assisting with the repair of end user hardware and the reinstallation of software as necessary to resolve end user incidents

- Assisting with offsite support for company sponsored functions/meetings

- Providing support for general technology

- Supporting with asset management

- Developing processes to streamline helpdesk support and asset management

- Working with all operations departments and project teams to support their technology needs

- Understanding the business and organization sufficiently to anticipate and resolve end user technology issues

Job Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in technology services

- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

- Proficient using Microsoft Office

- Strong networking capabilities

- SharePoint experience preferred
