In this part-time, role you'll be the backbone of our operational efficiency, managing our IT infrastructure and developing innovative automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and a deep understanding of the roofing industry, specifically with roofing CRM platforms.
Responsibilities:
Manage and Maintain IT Systems: Oversee our company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network security. You'll be the go-to person for all IT-related issues, providing timely support to the entire team.
Optimize and Automate Workflows: Identify manual, repetitive tasks and develop automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
CRM Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for our roofing CRM. You'll be responsible for customization, user training, and ensuring the platform is fully leveraged to meet our business needs.
Integrate New Technologies: Research and implement new software and technology solutions to enhance our operations. Experience with AI-powered tools is a significant plus, as we're eager to explore how these technologies can give us a competitive edge.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security across all our systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an IT or automation specialist role.
Experience in the roofing industry is highly preferred, especially with a deep understanding of roofing-specific business processes.
- Demonstrable experience as an administrator for a roofing CRM (e.g., JobNimbus, AccuLynx, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation tools and principles.
- Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools or machine learning concepts is a major plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
