IT Business Analyst

Summary of Responsibilities:

Join a Great Place to Work! We are adding a Business Analyst to our Enterprise Technology team to work in close partnership with business stakeholders on new system implementations, software upgrades, and business process re-engineering initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:

You’ll use your bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field to develop deep partnership with stakeholders across the company and build a detailed understanding of business processes. Your skills and experience will guide functional and technical requirements definition, system design, and business process workflows. You’ll help solution data quality, organizational change management, testing, training, cutover plans, defect management, project issues, action items, etc. Your contributions will strengthen and enhance business capabilities aligned with ATC’s strategic objectives and end-state vision.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Operational Technology (OT), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), electrical power distribution / transmission, construction, engineering, 24/7 operations, or skilled electrical trades workforce.
