JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and drive tech and non-tech initiatives within the Money Organization.
Manage the phased delivery of projects for positive business impact.
Identify, communicate, and manage project-associated risks.
Monitor projects post-deployment to ensure ongoing success.
Review and co-own data analytics processes within the Money Incident Management team and scale in incident management as necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Strong knowledge of FTP/SFTP and AWS/cloud environments
Ability to cover weekend shifts once every 4-5 weeks with a high degree of adaptability
