Overview
1.Monitor and manage the Financial Reporting and Analytics support queue, providing timely user support and partnering with IT to keep financial systems (e.g., Finance Datamart, SSAS models) stable and reliable. 2.Contribute to medium- and large-scale projects, ensuring assigned tasks and deliverables are completed on time. 3.Apply working knowledge of AI to identify and advance enhancements to financial reporting that improve accuracy, efficiency, and insight. 4.Partner with end users and stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Workday Financials and Power BI reporting, supporting enhancements and new development.5.Design, develop, test, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that enable accurate, insightful, and actionable reporting.
Required Skills and Abilities

2. Developed interpersonal, written, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
3. Proven ability to lead and manage projects and staff.
4. Expertise in business analysis and functional solution design.
5. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
1.Working knowledge of AI and automation tools, with practical experience using them to improve financial reporting, analytics, and business processes.
2.Experience designing, building, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and performance tuning.
3.Experience writing and optimizing SQL and/or other query languages to extract, transform, and analyze data; familiarity with data warehouses or datamarts preferred.
4.Hands-on experience with Workday Financials reporting and Worksheets, including development, enhancement, and support of standard and custom reports.
