Able to useTableauor equivalent analytical tool to build required reports and data visualizations. Assist in designing future dashboards and modifying existing ones to ensure the inclusion of key business data. Knowledge of Tableau for visualization is required. Assist analysts in the translation of business requirements and business processes, into functional system design requirements to facilitate various platform enhancements. Able to lead meetings to discuss the output of the analysis and identify action items. Support ad-hoc requests for reporting and dashboards Identify opportunities to optimize processes and support decision-making with data. Work with business stakeholders to understand necessary analytical requirements. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis. Develop presentations of strategic findings and present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to support business decisions. Bachelor’s degree (or master’s degree) in a field such as data analytics, data science, statistics, business administration, mathematics, computer science or a related discipline is preferred. At least3 to 5 years of working experience Experience in usinganalytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Alteryxis desirable. Technical skills in data collection, data mining, and statistical modeling techniques Must have the ability to effectively interface with the internal team as well as all cross-functional teams relevant to data reporting. Must be highly proficient in Excel, and PowerPoint Must be able to oversee confidential information in a professional manner.
