Design and enhance user-friendly catalog interfaces that support self-service and automation. Implement best practices for catalog governance and workflow optimization. Monitor catalog performance, update content regularly, and provide insights to improve stakeholder awareness and customer experience. Utilize ServiceNow to support service delivery and maintain compliance with standards. Strong organizational and planning skills Familiarity with ITSM tools and self-service portal Ability to ensure user-friendly service catalog design Minimum 8 years of professional experience. Bachelor degre Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance Bachelor's degree Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices. Experience with workflow automation and integration of IT services.
