The IT Consultant is a key role in Virtus’ growing Project Management practice. This person will support the Project Manager and clients in solving complex technology challenges. This role involves analyzing business needs, designing technology solutions, and ensuring successful implementation to improve efficiency, security, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and IT environment.

  Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams and clients.

  Oversee project implementation, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

  Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  
  


• Manage change requests and ensure smooth transitions for clients.


• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure solutions align with best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.


• 2-5 Years Experience in IT Consulting


• 
  
  PMP certification is preferred, not required.
  
  


• Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.


• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
