Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and business objectives
• Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
• Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with in-house technical staff
• Design IT systems and networks ensuring the right architecture and functionality
• Support new technology implementation
• Train users in new and existing IT systems
• Provide assistance with technical issues
• Revise existing systems and suggest improvements
• Produce reports

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as IT Consultant
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems
• Experience with various operating systems and databases
• Experience in project management
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
• A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer service orientation
• Interpersonal skills
• BSc/BA in computer science, IT or relevant field; MSc/MBA in business will be a plus
• Professional certification (e.g. CompTIA A+) is an asset
• Background in security defense compliance

The IT Manager implements and maintains the policies and goals for Everson Tesla to support the company needs and support all relevant functions. Reports to VP. Ensures proper information system operations and plans necessary upgrades. In addition, IT Department Manager conducts research and recommends the selection of IT equipment, applications, and supplies. Requires a bachelor's degree.
