YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary responsibilities of this role, IT Contract and Supply Manager Cyber Security, are to:

• Develop vendor management strategy and provide training and mentoring to stakeholders;
• Responsible for the development of contracts and commercial management process strategy and guidelines;
• Manage governance structures and processes for vendor management, ensuring contract integrity;
• Ensure compliance with financial, commercial, and legal requirements in contracts;
• Identify client/business needs and cultivate profitable vendor relationships;
• Develop and implement performance measurement systems for executive KPIs;
• Manage critical issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvements;
• Review and negotiate commercial terms with involved parties, providing consultation and advice;
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers, coordinate revisions, and propose alternative terms if necessary;
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure standard agreements and processes.

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in computer science, business administration, or related field;
• Experience in negotiations with IT vendors, including contract terms and conditions;
• Knowledge of contract and financial management processes and vendor management frameworks;
• Ability to manage a multi-vendor environment with diverse commercial constructs;
• Understanding of application portfolio, IT strategy, and relevant technical IT aspects and trends;
• Familiarity with ITIL & ITSM frameworks;
• Demonstrated experience in managing outsourcing relationships;
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
• Intercultural understanding and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
