Job Description - IT Coordinator
The ideal candidate will ensure proper computer operations so that end users can accomplish daily tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and resolving end user helpdesk requests. The ideal candidate will help people by phone, chat, in person, or by any other communication method. They will conduct day-to-day problem solving and maintenance of PC and Desktop systems and support servers.
Acquisition, installation and configuration of user equipment.
Acquisition, installation and configuration of printers.
Landline and mobile telephone management and associated tools (MDM).
Management of Internet communication lines.
Add/Delete/Modify user accounts (onboarding/offboarding).
Local management of corporate AV: policy adjustment and agent deployment.
Monitoring backup tasks.
Support for the infrastructure of local facilities, both office tools and multimedia.
Support to HQ in the management of local infrastructure to the subsidiary (networking/hardware servers/firewalls).
ICC tasks (security audit process): delivery of documentation, application of policies, under the supervision of the CISO.
Management of local suppliers to the subsidiary.
Asset and software inventory management.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Detailed oriented and thorough.
Time-management and multitasking abilities required.
Organizational skills required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office and/or end-user tools
