IT Coordinator

What Your Day Will Look Like:

As an information technology Coordinator, you'll monitor and work through the company helpdesk system providing service to internal clients to resolve software and hardware issues related to troubleshooting, installations, configurations, procurement, and disposal. You'll communicate with internal clients, their supervisors, the IT team, and IT team leaders. You'll attend team meetings participating in a common goal to identify issues, solutions and implement improvements to better operational productivity. The information technology coordinator reports to the technology director.

What You'll Do:

Provide technical assistance and support for requests and issues related to computer systems, VOIP, software, network connectivity, procurement, and peripherals.
Respond to client requests, operate diagnostic tools, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.
Communicate effectively through voice, messaging, and email to determine nature of problem.
Process requests through help-desk ticketing system and automation tools.
Understand and practice effective troubleshooting techniques.
Walk client through problem-solving process.
Follow up with clients to ensure issue has been resolved.
Write task-specific instructions and documentation regarding issues and resolutions.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
What You'll Need:

Associate's degree in information systems or technology.
Minimum two years IT help desk experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, Windows 11.
