IT Delivery lead

As a Delivery Lead, you’ll drive the successful delivery of projects with a focus on speed, quality, and efficiency. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and standardize project management practices to ensure seamless project execution. Your hands-on approach will be vital in overseeing project lifecycles from kick-off through completion, especially in warehouse and fulfillment settings where flexibility and a proactive attitude are key. This role requires regular travel to various sites as part of the job, ensuring you’re directly involved in on-the-ground implementation and optimization.

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and adherence to company standards.

• Team Coordination: Facilitate effective collaboration, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and enhancing team dynamics.

• Performance Optimization: Track delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement to streamline workflows.

• On-Site Implementation: Actively engage in on-site fulfillment center activities, applying practical solutions and adapting to a dynamic environment.

• Stakeholder Management: Maintain open communication, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

What experience should you have:

• Experience: 5+ years in project or delivery management in large-scale Operations.

  • Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master are preferred.

  • Experience with fulfillment centers (warehouses) is an advantage.

• Skills: Proficiency in JIRA or similar tools, experience with agile methodologies, and a knack for data-driven decision-making.

• Leadership: Strong communicator and motivator, able to coach teams and foster a positive, performance-driven culture.
