IT Desktop Support Technician (2-year Contract) - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Insight Global is hiring IT Desktop Support Specialist for a top hospital in Philadelphia, PA!

Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm, no weekends/ no on-call

Day to Day:

A client is performing a WIN 11 migration project. We are looking for 24 total technicians to join the ~2 year project

Experience:

• 1+ years experience as HANDS-ON PC/computer technician or similar role
• Experience with LAN/WAN networks troubleshooting
• Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components
• Experience working in an enterprise IT environment
• Experience in remote PC troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Printer support experience
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication abilities and customer service skills
• Exceptional organizing and time-management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
