CFS Technology has been contacted by a longtime client that has a permanent need for a talented IT Manager on a direct hire basis.
The IT Manager will join our client in a leading manufacturing environment. They have a family-owned mentality with a worldwide footprint, and are headquartered in Bakersfield, CA. They offer a wide array of services and products for their clients.

Overview of IT Director main responsibility:

• Oversee and be hands on with the complete infrastructure of the organization.
• Maintain working manager responsibilities with monitoring, maintenance, and support of organization.
• Troubleshooting, networking, upgrades, managing and maintaining infrastructure, and configuring.
• Ability to prioritize needs and tasks with both hardware and software needs.
• Work with 2 other sites, nationally, to maintain IT consistency.

Qualifications for the IT Director:

• 6+ years lead or supervisory experience
• Degree in related field preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel a couple times per year.
• Excellent Customer Service
• Proven hands on with all aspects of IT
