IT Enabled Service Lead

• Lead the customization, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules (Procurement, Inventory, Production, Sales, Finance, HR & Payroll) aligned with manufacturing workflows.
  


• Analyze business and production processes to identify and implement SAP-driven automation and efficiency improvements.
  
  


• Integrate SAP with in-house applications, data analytics tools, and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  
  


• Manage data migration, system updates, and ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility across departments.
  
  


• Troubleshoot system errors, resolve transaction issues, and maintain high system uptime with regular audits and controls.
  
  


• Conduct end-user training and develop manuals to improve SAP adoption and ensure effective usage across all departments.
  
  


• Monitor compliance of SAP processes with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  
  


• Drive continuous improvement by assessing SAP updates and recommending enhancements for better decision-making and operational performance.
  
  


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP capabilities with strategic business goals and reporting needs.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
  


• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP consulting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  
  


• Proven track record in SAP implementation, upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration.
  
  


• Strong proficiency in SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, FI/CO, and HR.
  
  


• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based ERP systems is highly desirable.
  
  


• Experience with system integration, process automation, and supply chain optimization.
  
  


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and resolve complex operational challenges.
  
  


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
  
  


• Ability to ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
