IT Field Support Technician - dedicated client site in Robinson Twp, PA

Ford Office Technologies is growing, and we are seeking a dependable and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team and support our client in Robinson Twp, PA. 

The work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

• Desktop/PC setup. 
• Tier 1 level support
• Setup, and configure new computer equipment per client specifications.
• Prioritizing and resolving issues that arise.
• Install EDR and Remote Management tools.
• Monitors alerts for alarms via documented procedure and escalate to senior team members as needed.
• Receive, process, and inventory client equipment shipped to Ascent Data.
• Familiarity with servers is a "nice to have".

• Proof of Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Experience with Windows Desktop Support.
• At least one year of experience in a technical support role.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server Systems Administration to include Active Directory Users and Computers, SMB Network Share Permissions, and Print Server Management.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Bachelor or associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant experience.
• Proven software and basic network troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with all Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work and set goals with little supervision. 
• Strong customer service, communication and writing skills
