documentation.

• Drive daily to multiple retail and operational locations within the assigned

territory to perform on-site support, installations, and maintenance.

• Travel primarily within the assigned territory, with occasional travel to SC/NC for contingency coverage or major projects.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and company-issued assets to ensure quality and

safety.

• Build positive relationships with internal users, store teams, and external service

providers.

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including nights and weekends, to

support 24/7 operations.

• Respond to urgent incidents and emergency calls during on-call rotations or as requested by leadership.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring :

• 1+ year of hands-on field support experience; overall 2–3 years of experience

supporting POS systems, site networks, cabling, and related technologies.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.

• Experience or exposure to using IT ticketing systems to track, document, and

maintain incidents and service requests is preferred.

• Experience with low-voltage data/telecom cabling, including jacks and patch

• Retail, convenience store, or multi-site environment experience is a plus.

• Technical certifications or completion of IT-related courses are preferred.

• Ability and willingness to drive daily within the assigned territory to support

multiple locations.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to meet

company motor vehicle and background check requirements.

• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and safely climb ladders for cabling and ceiling-mounted devices.

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

• Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively within a team

environment.

• Flexibility to support non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and
