Job Description - IT Healthcare Consultant Business Analysis, Medicaid & IBM Curam

REQUIREMENT:
IT Healthcare Consultant – Business Analysis, Medicaid Systems, and IBM Cúram Support
Columbia, South Carolina (Hybrid)
Need Overall 10+Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects are must.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field.

1 year of business analysis experience with IBM Cúram software.

1 year of experience in government IT projects as a business analyst or related duties.

1 year experience eliciting, mining, and documenting business rules and processes.

2 years of Medicaid Eligibility or other healthcare insurance experience.

Ability to clearly communicate technical and vulnerability information to non-technical personnel

Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

IBM Cúram Software – Business Analysis & Configuration

Medicaid Eligibility & Healthcare Insurance Systems

Business Process Analysis & Documentation

Requirements Elicitation, Functional Specifications & Use Cases

Government IT Project Experience

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

Business Rules & Policy Mining

Business Process Modeling Tools (Flowcharts, Diagrams)

Risk & Issue Identification, Root Cause Analysis

Production Support & System Enhancement
