IT Help Desk Specialist

Location: Byron Center, MI
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Reports To: Director of Operations

BathWorks is looking for a dependable and service-focused IT Help Desk Specialist to provide onsite technical support across the organization. This role will manage IT requests, troubleshoot everyday technology issues, prepare employee devices, and ensure our team has the tools needed to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and prioritize requests through the IT ticket portal.


• Provide support in person, by phone, and by email.


• Troubleshoot computers, iPads, printers, software, user accounts, connectivity, and peripherals.


• Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.


• Support employee onboarding and offboarding by issuing and collecting equipment.


• Maintain accurate equipment, ticket, and resolution records.


• Escalate complex issues to vendors or higher-level support.


• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous help desk, desktop support, or IT experience preferred.


• Strong troubleshooting, organization, and customer service skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests.


• Clear and professional communication skills.


• Familiarity with Apple devices, Windows computers, and common business software preferred.


• High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical training or certifications are a plus.
