Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Computer Science or 2+ years of experience in Information Technology Technician/Help Desk roles.

Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.


Required Technical Competencies:

Proficiency across various IT technologies including Computer Hardware, Basic Networking, and Operating systems (Microsoft Windows and Linux).

      Basic understanding of Security tools at end points, including AV (Antivirus) software, patch management systems, etc.

      Experience with Cloud Technologies and Application support, with a solid understanding of diagnostic utilities.


      Responsibilities:

      In this pivotal IT role, you'll diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues swiftly to maintain seamless operations. Beyond issue resolution, you'll provide personalized training to users, ensuring they're up-to-date with the latest technologies. You'll manage setup, configuration, and maintenance of our computing infrastructure, maintain meticulous records, and collaborate on diverse IT projects. With a focus on efficiency and teamwork, you'll ensure smooth operations by monitoring inventory levels.
