Job Description - IT Helpdesk - IN OFFICE

Loss Prevention Services is expanding its call center in Natchez, MS.  We are committed to exceptional customer service, quality workmanship and accountability. Since opening its doors in 2009, Loss Prevention Services has constructed a respected and elite collateral recovery company. We are seeking a network administrator for a windows domain network. Candidate must be located in the Grand Rapids, Michigan Metropolitan Area.


 


Job Duties:                        


 



  • Evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring that IT facilities meet these needs;

  • Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems;

  • Researching and installing new systems;

  • Ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services, and email provision;

  • Ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to;

  • Providing secure access to the network for remote users;

  • Ensuring the security of data from internal and external attack;

  • Providing users with appropriate support and advice;

  • Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems;

  • Keeping up to date with the latest technologies;


 


Required Technical Experience:               


 



  • Microsoft Windows Server 2019

  • Microsoft Active Directory Administration

  • Microsoft Azure Active Directory Administration

  • Microsoft Exchange Online Administration

  • LAN and WAN Networking

  • Microsoft 365 implementation

  • DNS, DHCP, IPv4, IPv6, SSL, FTP

  • Microsoft Windows 11 setup and maintenance

  • Microsoft Office install and licensing

  • Office 365 management

  • Anti-Virus system management

  • VoIP systems

  • Mobile Device Management

  • Desktop support

  • Remote & Phone support
